Company Policies

Customer purchases and return polices include the following provisions:

1. All Product purchases from MD Systems are provided to Customers at prices F.O.B. MD Systems, Inc. location unless otherwise stated on the purchase order and agreed to in writing by MD Systems.

2. All Product purchases from MD Systems are to be paid by the Customer as stated on the purchase order and agreed to in writing by MD Systems on the MD Systems work order.

3. All Product purchases from MD Systems are warranted to be free from defects as defined in the Limited Warranty statement unless changes are agreed to in writing by MD Systems and attached to the purchase/work order.

4. All Product returns to MD Systems are to be processed through the entity of purchase, including but not limited to an Authorized Dealer, Authorized Distributor or MD Systems, Inc.

5. All Product returns to MD Systems for repair or replacement, whether under warranty or non-warranty must be authorized by MD Systems in advance of their shipment to MD Systems and must be assigned a Material Return Authorization (MRA) issued by MD Systems, this MRA identifies the product serial number, reason for return, terms under which the Product is to be processed upon receipt by MD Systems, and any action to be taken with the Product upon receipt.

6. Open Account Purchases agreed to by MD Systems, Inc. will be subject to late payment fees of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.

7. It is the User’s responsibility to review all Cautions and Contra-Indication Warnings in the Product User Guide associated with the safe use of MD System’s Products, including but not limited to those Products purchased from MD Systems by Guest Customers.

8. Guest purchases from MD Systems are provided a 30 day product evaluation period during which the purchased items may be returned for credit, less a 15% restocking charge, to MD Systems, postage prepaid by the customer.  As with all returns, the customer is required to notify MD Systems of their request to return the product, reason for return and MD Systems issuance of a Material Return Authorization number which must be enclosed with the product when it is shipped to MD Systems.  Only unused and undamaged product qualifies for return authorizations.
